If you are in an emergency situation please call the emergency services on 999. If there isn't an emergency but you need support out of hours on campus, you can call the University Security Service on 0116 252 2888.

You are able to let us know about the incident(s) in one of 2 ways, either anonymously or by leaving your contact details. You will be asked for your choice at the end of the process. There are 10 short, multiple choice questions on this system.

If you choose to report anonymously we will not be able to offer direct advice or begin any formal processes.

If you let us know about something and leave your email address, we will put you in touch with someone from the Student Support Team (male and female advisors are available) who will be in touch about the support available to you.

By submitting the information in this form, you are agreeing to the use of your data, as outlined in the privacy policy (linked for more information).

You can leave the form at any point. You can ask any questions you have about the form by emailing welfare@le.ac.uk or calling 0116 223 1185 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

The information from your responses in this system will be received by a member of Student Support staff. If you have left your email address, they will get back to you within 2 working days when the University is open. Please see Bank Holidays and Closure Days here (linked).
